At KIIKIO, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
